Terms and Conditions 918kess – Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the entire relationship between you as the user and 918kess as the platform operator. By accessing, registering, or using any service provided by 918kess, you expressly accept and agree to comply with all provisions contained in this document.

918kess reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically to ensure you remain compliant with the latest version in effect.

Continued use of the 918kess platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the 918kess service, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that has blacklisted online gaming services.
• Register on your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Have never been designated as a self-excluded player on this platform or any related platform.
• Are not currently under guardianship, trusteeship, or insolvency status that prevents you from making financial decisions.

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account at 918kess. Owning multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credit balance.

• You must provide your full name, national ID number, email address, and phone number accurately during registration.
• 918kess reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of address.
• Accounts using false or incomplete information will be temporarily suspended or permanently closed without any compensation.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

918kess supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, online bank transfers, and approved digital wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion.
• Funds deposited into a 918kess account may not be transferred to any third party under any circumstances.
• Winning withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days after the withdrawal request is received and verified.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction, and the withdrawal method must match the original deposit method.
• 918kess reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any attempt to process payments using unapproved methods or third-party accounts will be declined.

5Bonus & Promotions

918kess offers various bonuses and promotions to registered members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms, and those terms form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to rollover (re-wagering) requirements that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses received cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the rollover requirements.
• Each player is eligible to claim each type of bonus only once unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• 918kess reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or fraud.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting, hedging, or similar methods is considered bonus abuse.

In the event of a conflict between the terms of a specific promotion and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence only for matters directly related to that promotion.

6Game Rules

All games available on the 918kess platform are operated in accordance with international standard rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is final once a round ends and cannot be disputed on technical grounds beyond the control of 918kess.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 918kess reserves the right to void the round in question and refund the bet amount to the player.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external tools to assist in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the game interface.

7Prohibited Use

The following is a list of activities that are strictly prohibited on the 918kess platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Owning or simultaneously using more than one account.
• Use of another person's credit card, bank account, or digital wallet information without authorization.
• Use of a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Any form of fraud, money laundering, or other financial criminal activity.
• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit vulnerabilities within the 918kess system.
• Sharing your account with another individual, including immediate family members.

8Account Closure and Suspension

918kess reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Submission of false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Actions suspected of involving fraud, system manipulation, or money laundering.
• Requests from relevant authorities or applicable regulatory bodies.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by the player themselves.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, 918kess reserves the right to withhold any remaining credit balance in that account. For account closures requested by the player, any valid credit balance will be processed for withdrawal after the audit is complete.

9Liability Limits

918kess shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the player's end.
• Unfavourable game outcomes resulting from the player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment processors.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in maintaining password security.

918kess's maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
